So in training the other day, we focused on makeup for the matured skin. I had to demonstrate techniques on our model in her 40’s to help achieve a fresh, youthful and glowing look without emphasizing lines and yet making the skin look even.
Here’s what went down:
Nothing beats a liquid foundation for a fresh-looking complexion. So here I used Mary Kay’s Medium Coverage Liquid Foundation in Bronze 600, to even out her skin tone, after I had highlighted under her eyes with a concealer a shade lighter. Note- Try to avoid thick foundation which, instead of masking lines will actually accentuate them.
