Thank God it’s Friday! No time during the week to exercise and keep your body fit? Tomorrow is Saturday and what can be more exciting than working out to P-Square – Personally! In this workout you’ll be working out your Shoulders, Chest, Triceps and Abs. That’s a lot of sweating and burning calories!
Since you probably have the weekend off, get off your butt and get a workout in!
In this track, Adagurl is going to put you through:
- Pushups with Jumps: Brace your core and your quads. Keep your torso still and try not to bounce as you jump out and in
- Plate work: Keep your elbows straight. Your arms go no higher than shoulders. Stand tall, abs braced, and a slight bend in your knees
- Side tap/point: Abs braced, Hips down. Try not to sway as you tap from one side to the other.
